An ATS Resume is a Resume optimized for an Applicant Tracking System to streamline the hiring process by making use of AI or software. - Your Resume length does not matter in an ATS Resume as compared to a normal Resume where HR hires by reviewing your Resume manually. 1 page Resume or CV is recommended for other than the ATS process.
- ATS makes a match of the information on your Resume or CV with the roles and responsibilities detailed for the particular JOB you are looking for.
- Never submit your Resume or CV in Microsoft Word format. Submitting a PDF is recommended and fine provided it is free from tables, graphic images, or objects.
- ATS does not care about your painstakingly selected font, kerning, or attention to white space. Many if not most ATSs convert the document text into plain, boring font anyway, stripping away ornamentation like font, tables, charts, etc.
